Orders are dispatched once a week on a Wednesday at the moment due to Covid. We ship everywhere and the cost is calculated at the checkout. If you would like to add a tracked or signed option to your shipping please choose to upgrade shipping at checkout. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. All overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard International which is not a tracked service. Please order in good time for your special occasion.
Not happy with your product? Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving it so we can help. We do not provide refunds but can offer to re-send or exchange an item if it is damaged. Exchange will be made upon receipt of the original item in a suitable condition. Subject to availability.
